Reckitt wanted to conduct a quick usage and attitude study to better understand sanitizer usage and consumer attitudes towards their Lysol & Dettol brands, in both India and the US.
We used our SitU&Ation tool, giving the client the flexibility to ask up to 12 questions with 600 consumers per market.
This approach allowed Reckitt to ask a range of questions to give them a better understanding of consumer expectations around availability, efficacy, effectiveness and brand associations.
We were able to deliver clear results showing which of the two brands was most popular in each market and their closest competitors, as well as more granular detail around the differences between the expectations of male and female consumers, and levels of product usage.
